Hello! Viva Las Vegas! We have just returned from the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) Conference in Las Vegas. It was a packed week of attending workshops and meeting other photographers from around the US and the World. We spent some time (and money) at the trade show and even managed to see a few shows.

HAST Swim Meet

A new respect for competition swimming! We had the chance to photograph hundreds of kids swimming in the HAST B/C Open Swim Meet February 7th and 8th in Hastings, MN. The strength and determination of these kids was truely amazing - they gave 110%! Please check out the video. Congratulations to the Class of 2009

Today, I had lunch with the Governor of Minnesota, Tim Pawlenty. While speaking to a group from the Hastings Chamber of Commerce, he provided some great insight on the Minnesota Budget process. He also spoke of the Economic Stimulus Package that is currently in Congress and how it will impact our state.
